The Urgent Appeals Desk

The AHRC Urgent Appeals desk operates around the clock. AHRC issues Urgent Appeals on behalf of persons or groups whose human rights have been violated, and for whom some immediate intervention by people around the world may lead to a remedy or official reaction.

How can you join?

We hope to see your participation by responding to the Urgent Appeals via our UA online response system. To join, you can subscribe to our mailing list.
