| This is the report of the Seminar and Workshop on the theme: Judiciary for the 21st Century, which was held at BMICH, Colombo, and Subodhi Institute, Piliyandala, Sri Lanka. The seminar and the workshop was organised by the Vigil Lanka Movement in association with the Asian Legal Resource Centre, Hong Kong. This workshop was the second leg of the process initiated by the Vigil Lanka Movement in providing recommendations for judicial reforms in Sri Lanka especially related to the area of human rights. The Seminar and Workshop were attended by distinguished jurists from India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
