The book includes a foreword by Justice Michael Kirby, former Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for Human Rights in Cambodia, and a message from Dato' Param Cumaraswamy, U.N. Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers.
